2-3 x/week until 7 days after lesions resolve, then 1 x/week in prophylaxis.7
For shampoos or conditioners that are rinsed from the skin, contact time of 10 minutes prior to rinsing is important.7
2 x/week shampoo and 1 x/day spray, mousse or wipes on non-shampoo days for 4 weeks.2
